In response to the AI wave, the company launched a comprehensive reform — redefining its strategic positioning, transitioning from a traditional integrator to an AI implementation service provider. The core team completed generational succession, bringing in senior consulting advisors and AI technology experts, and established the "China's Accenture" vision.
The "Three-Layer Full-Stack AI Service System" was fully formed — Strategy Consulting Layer, Business Application Layer, and Technical Infrastructure Layer. Signed lulu and other leading retail clients as well as multiple benchmark enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry, validating that the consulting-driven AI implementation model is replicable and sustainable.
Signed multiple benchmark manufacturing clients, covering smart factory, supply chain collaboration, and quality inspection scenarios. Achieved explosive growth of 100+ new clients per year since the reform. Launched the global expansion strategy the same year — business extended from domestic to Southeast Asian markets, registered the chinyeathailand.com domain, and initiated internationalization.
The AI+ solution matrix expanded to 10+, covering five business domains (R&D, production, marketing, supply chain, service) and three technical foundations (computing power, infrastructure, data). Multi-language website launched, the consulting-delivery-operations full chain standardized, entering the scale implementation phase with cumulative served clients growing rapidly.
